QUESTION: How can everyone start a journey toward their own H2 (happy healthy threshold)
Thesis: Through a combined effort of nutritious sustenance, disciplined training and bountiful sleep one can achieve a healthy physique and lifestyle. However, because happiness is a "pillar" of healthiness there will be a line that separates a healthy and happy lifestyle from a healthy and unhappy lifestyle...I predict that this line will depend on the person and their own personal goal. Once they know where they want to be, they can use my guidelines and health tips to reach it.
