Completed fugly draft.
Based on recent individual experiments and research the first change I may make to my training program will probably be the placement of the cardio and stretching in the workout
--Releasing the questionnaires tomorrow, the feedback will give me great insight as to my next step in the development process of my programs
-Emailed ms kennedy to schedule appointment. Looking into scheduling a meeting with one of the school's phycologists about body image and the phycological part of being mentally confident with your own athleticism. I plan to write up a list of questions before meeting (which I plan to have BEFORE fourth term even begins.)

Unfortunately my test subjects did not all respond to the feedback questionnaire, so I'll be calling each of them individually to see what worked for them and what didn't.
Additionally I have scheduled an apt with Ms. grant the school psychologist to discuss body image and how it is pertinent in a teenagers life.
New gamelan for presentation:
Game-plan
*Plans that have failed and why?
*What I want to establish
-How will I define health
*What I am NOT doing
*”Crossfit", and what others have already discovered: The problem with these
*The “time” crisis and how I will try and solve it
*How much can I be trusted? Unavoidable bias is my experiment
Process
*Design Workouts with EFFICIENCY in mind
**BEGS THE QUESTION: where is the line between efficiency and ineffectiveness in workouts
-Functions of each muscle: Which exercises are the most efficient for a set of guidelines
Ex: Latisimmus dorsi has 3 functions (moving rotator cuff up and down as well as retracting laterally. Based on this information the most efficient way
-Balance in muscular groups (chest-back) (tris-bis)(hamstrings-quads)
-Adequate warm up
*Periodic questionnaire
*Nutrition guide
-What constitutes a good nutrition guide (interview questions)
-reading labels (Interview questions)
-“recommended doses of vegetables” (interview questions)
-Water
-Secular tips (gain weight, loose weight, Athletes guide
*daily health tips (can overlap with the nutrition guide
*changes throughout the process
*Comparison between survey before program and after
Things you should know
*Milk
*Animal/red meat
*low fat vs. Fat
*How to get a six pack
*Sugar vs HFCS
*Water
•how much
•sister lost weight
•
“I feel that I’m most likely to cheat on a meal when I’m very hungry and the only option is fast food.
*This may be crazy (for when your hungry and your only options are unhealthy
-burdock root
-Snack foods that are healthy
-Carry around a bag of nuts
-What my mom and doctor said about these helpful tips
Bottom line (take-home message)
*PSA about daily health tips
*Do what floats your boat
*Happiness should not be a destination, it should be a right of passage

Its been a while since I've posted however i've gotten SOOO much done
I handed out the nutrition checklist/feedback sheet for week 3 and only got one response, hopefully there will be more to come, otherwise
So far I'm halfway through interviewing kids who lead active lifestyles here are the questions:
How often do you workout?
What is your least favorite part of working out, or the “getting fit” process
Do you eat clean? Or make healthy decisions outside the gym?
Do you feel happier after a workout or happier in general because you workout often?
What motivates you to get into the gym?
The true final product will be a set of guidelines that people can always keep in mind to help them live healthier lives. These tips will be from research the interviews and the test subject's feedback
I've made good headway on my paper and hope to finish a rough draft by april 30th
